Napoleon said (among the hundreds of things Napoleon said) When China awakes sthe world will shake.  Although we have explored China personally and once had Chinese connections (a fascinating place, definitely go) the Chinese markets are not our area of expertise.  But it would be foolish to ignore the obvious opportunities there.  What the dangers are we have no idea.

We think that dangers are somewhat ameliorated by analysis.  If an issue starts falling out of bed, or changes trend, we treat it just like your everyday Enron.  We liquidate it.  In general we feel that if things did start to go south in the East that it would show up in the charts before it became generally known.

So we have no problem, with these caveats of pointing out an issue which has been hammered, made a bottom and broken out.
