Here is the EUO, or, the short the euro.  We just bought it.  The central bankers have evidently decided that currencies were out of whack and are driving the dollar higher at the expense of the euro.  Meanwhile Soviet (they dojn’t even exist anymore do they?) tanks are not rolling across Europe.  They’re being used to suppress their own ruskies.  As they say, people getr the kind of government they deserve.  How does that make you feel about being an American?

Well there’s always France, where the coffee is better and they speak a really beautiful language (as Woody Allen observed) and health care is rational not psychotic (like our politics).

This is a time to be especially psychotic as signals are exceptionally deceptive, but you have to do what the chart says.
